As an Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by securing valuable appointments with potential clients.

We have just secured a new state of the art call centre based out of the popular Bundall area.


Position Overview:


As an Outbound Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in meaningful conversations.

Your goal will be to build rapport, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey the value of our products/services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to a list of potential clients provided by the company.
  • Engage in persuasive and informative conversations to identify client needs and pain points.
  • Articulate the benefits and features of our products/services to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls, interactions, and appointment schedules.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting and lead conversion.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a positive and professional manner.
