    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse at Conexson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our Residential Aged Care clients in Cairns. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the well-being of our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and procedures.
    • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management.
    • Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Providing support, education, and guidance to patients and their families. Requirements:
    • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
    • Proven clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development. Benefits:
