The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment team at CALHN to support our strategic ambition of attracting and retaining world class talent, with a focus on developing recruitment strategies for a range of critical roles in CALHN and driving best practice recruitment across the organisation.
- Developing innovative approaches to talent acquisition in CALHN
- Supporting our executive and clinical leaders to drive best practice recruitment and selection
- Developing our Employee Value Proposition to support our recruitment strategy
- Overseeing improvements to our recruitment and onboarding process
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders and other teams, internal and external to CALHN
We are seeking someone who:
- Is motivated by leading and developing people
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is creative and contemporary
- Has demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies across a range of professions
- Is passionate about healthcare and wants to make a difference
- Has an appropriate tertiary qualification
