The purpose of Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) is to empower communities to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from the impact of fire and emergency events.

As the primary provider of fire, rescue, and emergency management programs and services throughout Queensland, they are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all Queenslanders.

QFES encompasses various services including the Fire and Rescue Service, disaster management, Rural Fire Service, State Emergency Service, and supports other volunteer groups providing emergency response.

Purpose of the Role:

As the Enterprise Solutions and Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the delivery of enterprise business systems, data and integration systems, and information management.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Information and Technology, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure our IT systems and platforms align with our department's vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing centralised, enterpriselevel technology service delivery.
Driving effective solution delivery and implementing an enterprise solutions roadmap.
Defining and maintaining highlevel domain architecture frameworks.
Researching and analysing emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Managing human, financial, and physical resources effectively.

Key Skills and Experience:

Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Proven experience in managing enterprise project delivery and stakeholder management.
Relevant certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, UCD, or Prince2Agile.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and a track record of driving successful systems outcomes in a complex environment,
