We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced
Executive Housekeeper to join and lead the Crown Towers Housekeeping Department


The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department by recruiting and coordinating staff, completing administrative requirements and ensuring operations run efficiently and effectively to ensure Crown service standards are exceeded.


What we are looking for:


  • Previous Housekeeping management experience in a 5 star hotel managing a large team
  • Strong attention to detail with the passion to deliver personalised service
  • Confidence in leading and motivating a team while working to constrictive time frames
  • Previous experience in ensuring OHS and compliance policies are strictly adhered to
  • Financial management knowledge and experience including P&L, inventory and labour management
  • Demonstrated internal & external stakeholder management
  • Availability to meet the needs of a flexible roster
