About the role

As the "I.AM Amplified" Adoption Lead (Project Manager), your mission is to co-ordinate the activities to support the adoption of the broader enterprise I.AM Amplified program within ANZ Plus in line with the enterprise milestones.

You'll integrate the existing ANZ Plus risk systems and tools and upskill ANZ Plus capabilities and knowledge along the way.

You will work with a high performing team who think about risk & compliance management differently with data driven insights at its heart.

I.AM Amplified = Identify, Adopt and Mange, it's an ANZ wide risk governance framework, this program of work is uplifting the new CPS220 risk management standards.

What will your day look like

The overarching portfolio of work includes.

Lead ANZ Plus implementation of I.AM Amplified including risk, obligations, controls.
Work with the I.AM Amplified Central team to deliver against program milestones.
Engage SME's in ANZ Plus to document and validate management responses to material risks within the business.
Provide training and knowledge uplift of the I.AM Amplified framework.

Leadership and influence.

Helping lead an engaged chapter of risk & compliance professionals.
Influence the I.AM Amplified program to support the priorities of ANZ Plus and the risk system and tools utilised by the business.
Build strong cross functional relationships across ANZ to facilitate adoption of I.AM Amplified program

This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement.

You will be required to use strong influencing skills to help embed non-financial risk management as an integral part of everyone's job on ANZ Plus speak in language non risk people understand to explain what the risk and compliance team are doing and why.

What will you bring?

Experience in leading effective teams, and building new work streams in the face of ambiguity and changing requirements

Adaptive to change, able to keep pace with a complex and overlapping regulatory environment with a diverse stakeholder group

Compliance & obligation, risk management, or assurance.

Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution and project delivery focus.

The ability to create compelling vision that inspires and motivates followers.

Presence, impact and influence in small and large group setting with both internal and external senior stakeholders (potentially up to board level, and including the regulators).

A continuous and pragmatic problem solver. Enjoy creating order from chaos ANZ Plus moves fast, you'll need to enjoy pace

Strong communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs. into commercially viable solution designs that can be implemented by the delivery teams.

Resilience to deal with high paced work environment and deal effectively with the many challenges thrown your way
