We are an exceeding centre based in Karalee, Ipswich with a certified nature and bush kinder program.

With a commitment to exceeding the EYLF and QKLG curriculum requirements, we are passionate about the programs we deliver to our centre children and families.

We have amazing children and families that we work with daily and we have a strong presence in our community.

As a lead educator you will help lead and guide our children's learning and care.

You will be an effective communicator, experienced in programming for the Early Years Learning Framework, understand the regulations that govern our industry, including oversee ratio requirements in regards to supervision, be adept at creating child documentation and operate a computer/ ipad device.

Support is given in this independently owned centre for staff to engage in professional development and self growth.
