People & Culture Advisor

Guildford Location

$50 - $60/Hr + Super (Pending Experience)

Monday - Friday, 8.5 Hour Days (Flexible)

6 Month Contract

Immediate Start
Our client is a leading heavy equipment contractor predominately servicing the mining sector. This company has been operating for over 25 years and has branches all over Australia.

They are looking for a seasoned generalist advisor who is ready to take on a more strategic role within a large company.


What will this role entail?

  • Supporting a variety of change projects.
  • Implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative & company requirements and procedures.
  • Liaising with different stakeholders on a daily basis.

What are the requirements?

  • HR degree (or relevant) with experience within the industry.
  • Previous generalist HR experience with proven record for change success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test (required for the role).
  • Ability to obtain a clean police clearance (required for the role).
