Public Sector People are currently recruiting for an Executive Support Officer to join a High profile State Government Department. Role available 12 months + extension.


Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join this busy department to provide high level Executive support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Associate Director-General, offering professional guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Associate Director-General's schedule and commitments, fostering seamless communication with various teams and senior executives.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, including Ministerial and Director-General correspondence and briefing notes.
  • Coordinate daily office activities, including travel arrangements, financial management, procurement, and human resources.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
