About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking several Service Repair Technicians to work in our Repair Centre in Dandenong South.

The Service Repair Technician is to effectively diagnose, and repair returned product in accordance with the company manufacturers warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience.


If you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products this is your opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market leading brands

Key objectives for this role

  • Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
  • Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
  • Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
  • Monitor repair trends and identify stock and spare parts requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures
  • Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment
  • Provide customer with quotes for repair
  • Review assembly requirement documentation
  • Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer
  • Provide support and feedback to service operations, compliance and quality departments
  • Assist logistics team with spare parts management and stock count activities, as required
  • Attend and contribute to all service department team meetings
  • Work as a harmonious team member focusing on ensuring that overall organizational objectives are achieved
  • Performing Adhoc duties as requested by management
  • Assist in planning and execution of minor work projects as required

Skills and experience required:


  • A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
  • Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential
  • A strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to set KPI's and selfmanage time
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
