This Executive Assistant role works closely with the business manager to support the Deputy Director-General and Chief Operating Officer in Access Canberra, a challenging and fast paced working environment.
This position also has a critical role in developing, mentoring and supporting other executive assistants within Access Canberra, and will support the work of the Business Manager as required.
- the ability to think and work proactively and flexibly to support multiple executives
- the ability to establish successful working relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external)
- excellent coordination skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple work priorities
- the ability to work with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, and
- experience working in a similar role in an executive office.

- Demonstrated experience in an executive office working to multiple executives and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
- The ability to work flexibly under limited supervision.
- Strong understanding of the ACT Public Service and the operational responsibility for a large regulatory agency would be highly desirable, but not required.
