They have a rare job opportunity available for a talented
Human Resources Business Partner in a Permanent Full-Time capacity, to join their friendly team, in a newly created role.

The Role:


As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR activities and programs across the employee life cycle.

Along with relevant experience, you'll bring with you a hands-on, flexible, can-do approach that contributes to maintaining a high-level customer focus.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage HR & ER matters and providing management with recommendations in relation to legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure process compliance regarding grievances and disciplinary action.
  • Interpreting applicable EA's and Awards.
  • Manage coaching, recruitment, employee training and development.
  • Manage the Employee Lifecycle Framework, including performance management.
  • Undertaking workplace investigations, disciplinary, termination and redundancy processes.
  • Provide expertise and support to internal & external stakeholders on HR Matters
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and processes.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/ER/IR or related.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in an NDIS / NFP organisation an asset.
  • Have sound knowledge of contemporary ER/IR practices.
  • Experience with and indepth knowledge of both Return to Work and the Fair Work Act 2009, essential
  • Working knowledge and understanding of current industrial relations legislation.
  • Previous experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Be a proactive individual with employee management skills
  • An understanding of the NDIS and SCHADS Award is highly beneficial
  • A Police Clearance and Working with Children (WWC) Check or be willing to obtain them
