What it looks like will be working along side marketing to support campaigns for business growth.


This could look like:

  • Outbound calls to dormant customers
  • Gaining an understanding of the customer needs and requirements
  • Providing solutions to these customers
  • Supporting new customers with their onboarding
  • Educating existing customers on new offerings or promotions

The Successful Applicant:


  • A customerfirst mindset
  • A team player
  • Trainability and willingness to learn new things
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Permanent residency or Aus/NZ Citizenship
