We are looking for a Volkswagen Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Chatswood. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Fleet Business across Volkswagen Passenger & Commercial Vehicles and CUPRA.

You will also be involved in offering premium products and services to our corporate, government and fleet management organisation clients.


What you will do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve fleet sales targets and objectives
  • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide highquality product knowledge and advice to customers and prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers and stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal departments such as finance, service, parts and pre delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Always represent the Alto Group values

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in Fleet Sales or Account Management, preferably in the passenger and light commercial automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Australian automotive industry and market trends
  • Current driver's licence
