We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join the Global Services, Demonstration Data Management Group, (DDX).

You will have the opportunity to contribute and work with Managers and Leaders in the AU, NZ, UK, US and Canada.

You will be responsible for developing, producing, and maintaining Quality data that will be used to demonstrate LEAP to Clients and LEAP Departments around the world.

To be successful, you will be someone who enjoys a hands-on roll, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done relishing the opportunity to work with stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, US, and Canada.

Business Enablement Manager, LEAP Legal Software Ltd (Global)

RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE)

  • Building trusted relationships with new and existing clients (both internal and external)
  • Proactively liaising with various stakeholders to understand location specific data requirements
  • Understanding the client's data requirements and the ability to create / translating requirements into functional specifications for implementation and delivery
  • Complete remote and/ or onsite installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, data transfer, review, and general support
  • Creating and maintaining documentation including training, delivery, and processes
  • Preparing and delivering standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one on one or group situation (including the ability to amend and revise programmes as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment)
  • Ability Investigate and resolve issues raised by departments
  • Support DDX Developers with issues escalated for your region

  • Experience with LEAP including:
  • Datafile creations
  • Creating matters, documents, time, cost recoveries, invoices, receipts
  • Understanding of database environments
  • Ability to selfmotivate and work autonomously
  • Experience in creating technical documentation specifications
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong delivery focus to complete tasks within schedule and quality standards
  • Strong problemsolving skills, analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to
