About the role
As the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day requirements of the Learning and Development function.
The role is required to undertake the design, development, oversight, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs and activities, as well as to provide specialist advice to staff and leaders in relation to learning and development needs.
To ensure Autism SA is meeting its training compliance obligations is an important function of this role, you will be working within a high-performing team to drive exceptional outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant HR or education degree qualification and a minimum of 5 plus years relevant experience in learning and development, training or adult education.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment
- High level of customer service, written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce complex and relevant reports
- Ability to clearly articulate to a variety of audiences, presenting information in an engaging and supportive manner.
- Experience in developing eLearning programs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- National Police Check (NPC); and
- All mandated doses of COVID19 vaccinations
