Their business model has multiple channels to market, and they sell through wholesalers, as well as to end users through their large project lighting division.

The Vacancy
The position of Product Manager has now become available.

This important Sydney based role will have a wide range of responsibilities including:


  • Assist in new products development
  • Conduct in depth market analysis to undercover trends, customer needs and opportunities
  • Commercial product strategy and marketing
  • Maintain an understanding of customer needs, the overall competitive environment, and emerging market trends
  • New product registration and compliance
  • Product focused quality control and testing
  • Assist sales team in complex projects
  • Ensure stock availability and communication with overseas manufacturing teams
This is a standard M-F role working from the office in Rosebery, Sydney. Some WFH available on a case by case basis.

Criteria Required

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous product management experience
  • Technically savvy and commercially minded
  • Seasoned in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a fine attention to detail
  • A desire to achieve very high standards in their work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to selfmotivate and operate unsupervised
  • High level time management
