The Opportunity

A rewarding opportunity exists for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team and support Manor Gardens Retirement Living, located in Salisbury East, SA, 5109.

In this role, you will be a true 'all-rounder' within the village, providing service to residents and responding to any incidents & queries.

You'll be a friendly and reliable team member that enjoys a high level of customer/resident interaction.

Our retirement villages are always full of excitement & activities so you will work across the entire community completing different tasks to ensure the operational needs of the village are met.

As we roster our communities 24/7, we are looking for someone with flexible work arrangements who can be available to stay in our village overnight and attend to the needs of the community

This is a Part Time position on fixed roster.

Week 1 = Monday 17:00-22:00 Sleepover, Thursday 12:30-17:30, Friday 12:30-17:30.

Week 2 = Monday 12:

You will

Provide support and coverage to our cafe & kitchen staff to ensure a smooth lunch and/or dinner service
Provide general admin and concierge services to residents and assist with any resident requests
Coordinate fun, social and inclusive activities for the residents
Complete general domestic cleaning of apartments or common areas
Be flexible with rostering and shift arrangements as we staff our communities 24 hours a day

What you will bring

Experience in any customerfacing roles highly desired (e.g. hospitality, retail, aged care, cleaning or administration)
A warm & friendly personality that has the ability to work autonomously
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required or be willing to obtain prior to employment)
Current Police Check Certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
Current COVID19 Vaccinations uptodate (required)

- $26.18/h + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation
