About the role
The Learning and Development Associate (LDA) provides leadership and support to Associates within the Court. It is also central to continuous improvement within the Court and is a 'champion of change'.

As a Learning and Development Associate you will support the development of Associates through the provision of expert advice, support and services, including induction of associates to the Criminal and Common Law Divisions of the Court, and learning and professional development requirements to ensure that Associates are able to competently perform their role.

You will also be an integral member of the leadership team for the administration and development of the Associates within the Court.

These duties are performed in addition to the tasks required of an Associate.
