About the role

As our goal is to ensure highquality results for our customers, we are looking for a skilled Wheel Repair Technician to join our team You will be in charge of repairing damage or scratches on the wheels of all Carma cars achieving results that meet our standards. Wheel repair is a key part of our reconditioning process where you will be able to show your skills with different techniques and work closely with our operations team.

Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of restoring the exterior condition of all Carma vehicles to a high standard
Be able to repair, colour match, sand and edge both alloy and polished rims.
Provide guidance on wheel damage and possible repair technics
Complete work orders required for a vehicle and confirm that it has been carried out with the quality that we are looking for.
Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that IRC runs as efficiently as possible and help create a great work environment.
Maintain a clean work area and take pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards and one where you would be proud to show our customers around

About You:

2 years of experience as a wheel repair technician.
Automotive qualifications are highly regarded
Ability to work in a busy environment where priorities change occasionally
Excellent attention to detail Have own tools required for accurate repairs
Being an ambassador of the Carma brand
Australian drivers license
