Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help customers locate products in the store and provide detailed information and advice on their inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions at the POS (point of sale) counter and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and clean store environment.
  • Participate in inventory control and ensure the store is stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or retail management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retailrelated software.
