We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic store manager to join our Amuse Store

Amuse showcases a range of globally recognised beauty and fragrance brands in a sleek and sophisticated setting where travellers can shop a range of cosmetics, skincare and fragrances, including MAC, Jo Malone London, Tom Ford, Clinique, Benefit and more

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily store operations
Effectively leading and driving your team and managing rosters of all team members
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customer
Proactive inventory management
Manage training and development of all team members
Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors
Previous management experience in fastpaced retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business and commercial acumen

As we operate in a dynamic airport location our stores operate to meet our customers' needs.

You would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
