The Role
As a Administration officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Administration duties in relation to insurance policies
- Assist the Case Managers with administration for the team
- Assisting with payments processing
- Adhering to the companies policies and procedures in regards to providing assistant to customers
- Ensuring documentation is updated
- Administration duties and logging information into systems
We are looking for:
- Extensive administration experience required
- Insurance experience is ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work within a team as well as autonomously
- Full working rights in Australia
- Full vaccination status
