Recovre's Service Delivery Managers are the experts at strategically managing and developing partnerships with some of Recovre's largest clients.

The key to success in this role will be the ability to drive quality service delivery, strong customer relationships and high performance in conjunction with continued referral and revenue growth to achieve targets.

Day-to-day this might include:

Building and driving strong partnerships with key Life Insurers by demonstrating shared values and outcomes
Managing client relationships with Life Insurers
Monitoring performance of the Life portfolio and building the value proposition of our offering
Developing a claim strategy and plan that addresses barriers in achieving return to life or return to work
Delivering monthly reports and data insights to clients
Working with teams to support, coach and deliver service innovation and drive best outcomes for our clients and their customers
Identifying client needs to design and develop innovative products and solutions for Life claims
Embedding systems and processes in the management and delivery of claims outcomes

What you need to have:

You have these business changing skills and experience:

Builds and fosters partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
High level of technical expertise and Life Policy definitions
Demonstrated experience and expertise in driving outcomes on Life claims and entitlements
Strong focus on quality outcomes and service standards
Demonstrated ability in transforming client needs into tangible solutions
Capability with analysing data and translating into insights and generating reporting
Ability to engage at Executive level through to front line claims advisors
Demonstrated ability in meeting service agreement KPIs
Experience in training and coaching
Relevant Allied Health qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in Occ rehab or related field
High attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
