A rare opportunity exists within the Workers Compensation Team to service our portfolio for effective claims and premium management.
This unique opportunity will see you manage a portfolio of clients and work closely with the workers compensation claims and safety consultants to deliver world-class guidance and efficiency to clients.

We will count on you to:
- Perform Outsourced Return to Work Coordinator Functions as required
- Participate in claims reviews on behalf of clients
- Undertake adhoc Workers Compensation activities as requested including report writing
- Maintain strong day to day relationships with clients and client executives, internal and external stakeholders on all projects
- Recommend suitable approaches or options to manage workers compensation claims, premiums and people risk
- Provide assistance to the broader team on data and analytics and recommendations for further improvement
Day-to-day this might include:
- Establish, monitor and manage systems for returntowork activities
- Triage claims at lodgment
- Establish Returntowork plans
- Drive Returntowork strategy with insurer to finalisation
- Time, expense and reporting compliance
- Debtor management
- Assist with new, expanded and crossselling business opportunities
- Develop new skills and mentor others
- Produce consulting revenue from targets and utilisation rates
- Maintain excellent time and expense entries
- Peer reviewed reporting
What you need to have:
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
- Microsoft office suite skills preferable
- Strong negotiation and people skills favourable
- Full understanding of Returntowork requirements and procedures
- Indepth knowledge of Workers Compensation, client risk appetite, insurers and policy requirements
