This unique opportunity will see you manage a portfolio of clients and work closely with the workers compensation claims and safety consultants to deliver world-class guidance and efficiency to clients.

We will count on you to:

Perform Outsourced Return to Work Coordinator Functions as required
Participate in claims reviews on behalf of clients
Undertake adhoc Workers Compensation activities as requested including report writing
Maintain strong day to day relationships with clients and client executives, internal and external stakeholders on all projects
Recommend suitable approaches or options to manage workers compensation claims, premiums and people risk
Provide assistance to the broader team on data and analytics and recommendations for further improvement

Day-to-day this might include:

Establish, monitor and manage systems for returntowork activities
Triage claims at lodgment
Establish Returntowork plans
Drive Returntowork strategy with insurer to finalisation
Time, expense and reporting compliance
Debtor management

- stakeholder engagement

Assist with new, expanded and crossselling business opportunities
Develop new skills and mentor others
Produce consulting revenue from targets and utilisation rates
Maintain excellent time and expense entries
Peer reviewed reporting

What you need to have:

Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
Microsoft office suite skills preferable
Strong negotiation and people skills favourable
Full understanding of Returntowork requirements and procedures
Indepth knowledge of Workers Compensation, client risk appetite, insurers and policy requirements
