We are recognised by the majors for specialising in remote Non Processing Infrastructure (NPI) and building & construction. Our projects include Mining Camp installation, NPI buildings, Refurbishments, Civil Works, Concrete Works and Earthworks

Due to company expansion we are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Multimedia Specialist. This role plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of our communication materials and proposal submissions.

The multimedia specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure that our documentation, media content, and proposals align with our brand identity and convey our expertise to clients and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a Perth based role, Monday to Friday, standard office hours and working from the Head office in West Perth to support the teams on remote projects.

There are a variety of requirements to perform for this role including but not limited to:

• Preparing and creating project presentations
• Create graphic images and content for proposals and submissions
• Create and edit multimedia content for different platforms
• Edit, review and format documentation
• Coordinating proposal submissions, bids, clarifications and EOIs
• Compiling and organising information and graphics for submissions, managing the process from initial drafts to final content.
• Providing continuous support for tender requirements, including updating company CVs, profiles, org charts, project experience, photos, and marketing materials.
• Maintain the submissions library and intranet with accurate and uptodate project information
• Set up bids and update the status
• Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive handover documentation from Estimating to Operations.
• Developing marketing concepts and proposals
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports
• Creating & maintaining company profiles, sector brochures and marketing materials (Case studies, etc)
• Managing various social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Produce and publish content on social media accounts
• Design website, images, and tiles in alignment with campaigns and Business corporations

Salary:
$75, $80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Perth, WA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
