A privately owned company providing the latest technology solutions to developers and building owners in the fields of digital security and clean energy solutions.


About the role
As an experienced Executive, you will have exceptional communication skills with experience in Digital Security, Energy or similar industry.

You will be joining a growing national organisation with a unique opportunity to establish a new Project Management Unit and specialised procurement units.

Based in either Melbourne or Sydney Office and reporting direct to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities for the role

  • Establishment of a PMO to manage and monitor performance of customer projects
  • Management of technology field services team to optimise delivery of customer projects and associated field service
  • Ensuring best practice WHS and compliance standards are met
  • Designing and implementing the organisation's strategic Procurement plan.

Skills & experience

  • Min 10 years of industry related experience managing large Technical Project Delivery Teams
  • Min 10 years experience in managing complex procurement strategies and strategic supplier relationships
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven commercial management skills and demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
