The Opportunity
The Operations Manager - NSW will be effective in supporting the National Operations Manager - Workforce Australia Services (WFAS) deliver employment related services for Asuria through effective communication and demonstrated capabilities to build and maintain relationships.
This role will also be accountable for successful business outcomes through efficient and effective management and support of people and resources.
Key Accountabilities
- Supports the National Operations Manager to create, implement and maintain the strategy and business plan of allocated State
- Lead, motivate and support team across multiple sites and regions to ensure all operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Lead by example to drive accountability, set the standard and expectation in performance of duties and responsibilities through KPI's and targets
- Ensure operational and performance objectives are communicated and achieved through effective management of employees and resources.
- Ensure National Operations Manager is updated on organisational performance and issues within a timely manner
- Works collaboratively with other leadership managers, corporate & shared services functions
- Reviews data on contractual and financial performance and takes appropriate action as required
- Implements and maintains service delivery and compliance

What sets you apart from the rest?
- Must have a minimum of 57 years' proven experience in efficient operational management. Employment Services industry experience preferred but not essential
- Has a proven track record in leading high performing teams
- Proven experience of strategic development and implementation
- Ability to motivate, influence and inspire geographically dispersed teams
- Solutions focused with ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal & negotiation skills
