Overview:

  • Fulltime, fixedterm position until Jan 2025
  • Salary HEW 6 (from $85, % Superannuation) and Flexible Working Arrangement
  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, hybrid working
About the Role


The incumbent will provide leadership and expertise working with professional staff across colleges, schools, and the Academic Registrar's Group in enrolment-related activities across both the vocational and higher education sectors.

The position will also provide enrolment support across Enrolment and Student Records as required.

  • Occasional evening and weekend work and restrictions on annual leave may be necessary during peak periods._
To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum:

  • Experience in the provision of quality student administration services, including a sound knowledge of relevant policies and procedures relating to the University, Federal and State Government departments and agencies.
  • An understanding of how to respond to sensitive information and situations; as well as displaying cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proven initiative and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and use initiative and the ability to advise management of potential for policy improvement.
  • Great organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and re-adjust workload priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to tailor communication styles to diverse audiences. Qualifications
Degree in relevant discipline and/or significant experience required preferably from the Higher Education or TAFE sector.
