THE ROLE


In this role, you will provide advice to clients at all levels of government on administrative law and governance, including privacy and freedom of information matters, as well as representation in judicial review and VCAT proceedings.


ABOUT YOU

You will:
- have experience in public law and have strong interest in privacy and freedom of information
- have 3-5 years PAE gained either in private practice or government
- ideally have litigation experience representing government bodies
- have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- be self-motivated, passionate and personable
