    As a Senior Insights and Reporting Advisor at Suncorp, you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and relevant reports to assist management in identifying, monitoring, and managing risks within Suncorp Bank. Collaborating with risk management teams, business units, and senior leaders, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and risk assessments to drive improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc risk reports to stakeholders
    • Analyze risk data from various sources
    • Identify and communicate key risk indicators and trends
    • Provide input on the development of risk reporting tools
    • Support the implementation of risk management framework
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent risk reporting
    • Contribute to enhancing risk culture and awareness

    Requirements:

    • Relevant degree in Business, Technology, or related field
    • 5+ years' experience in banking or financial services with a focus on reporting and risk
    • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Cognos, and dashboard management
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proven experience in risk management
    • Strategic planning and critical thinking abilities
