About the role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Office Manager is an integral part of the team.

They are the first point of contact for visitors and customers of CardioScan, and is responsible for managing front of office reception, including greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer enquiries.

In addition, the Office Manager will work with internal business units on a range of administrative activities and exciting projects and initiatives.


The Office Manager will work both independently and with team members to diligently plan, organise and carry out activities that will assist CardioScan to meet targets and provide an excellent level of customer service.

This role is, in part, autonomous and will require comfortability in frontline decision-making and proactively improving process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service.


Key responsibilities

  • Greeting external visitors, customers, and couriers
  • Responding to all incoming calls and communications, and managing front of office reception
  • Liaising and coordinating with interstate and international offices
  • Staff travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintenance of office equipment, supplies and office facilities
  • Assist with arrangements of internal meetings, external events, staff lunches and celebrations
  • Supported by HR, assist in organising and coordinating exciting internal programs and initiatives
  • Involvement in other ad hoc tasks and projects that will assist you in actively building your career with CardioScan

About you

  • Experience working in an office management, administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures to support CardioScan's global team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively connect with and relate to people at all experience levels and backgrounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies and software products
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to independently manage and oversee projects and to proactively promote ways to improve process efficiencies
  • Be a selfmotivated individual with ability to effectively work autonomously with a handson approach to get the job done
  • Positive 'Can do' attitude, a commitment to teamwork and enthusiasm to help others
  • Enjoys a variety of tasks and is flexible and adaptive to changing workloads, deadlines, and developments
