About the role
We are seeking a Team Assistant - Customer Service & Revenue Services, to provide crucial administrative support to the Head of Customer Service & Head of Revenue Services and their leadership teams.
Your responsibilities will encompass meeting and calendar management, travel arrangements, day-to-day activity coordination, preparation of meeting materials and presentations, as well as general correspondence and liaison with stakeholders in Customer & Technology.
As our Team Assistant, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Effective followup on requests to ensure prompt action and resolution
- Timely raising and processing of requisitions and purchase orders through Workday
- Continuous review and establishment of systems and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration within the Leadership Team
- Coordination and booking of travel, adhering to travel policy and costminimisation principles
- Responsible handling of corporate card expenses, following company policies and ensuring timely processing
- Assistance with meeting preparation, including material compilation, PowerPoint presentations, and coordination of meeting rooms
- Proven experience as a team/administrative co-coordinator or personal/executive assistant in a corporate setting
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities, handling multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and diplomatic demeanor, capable of liaising with individuals at all organisational levels
- Demonstrated customer focus and a proactive team player
- High level of maturity and professional presentation
- Proficient in presentation production
- Strong skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
