Key leadership role reporting directly into the CFO

In this key role leadership role for the ANZ region, you will lead and mentor a small team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, robust controls and commercial insights to support key leaders across the business and their decision-making, particularly across the Marketing & e-Commerce streams.

You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and will play a key role in strategic planning.

You and your team will question and challenge your key business partners in order to drive operational and financial performance for the region.

You will be CA/CPA qualified, having a demonstrated expertise in commercial finance roles, ideally within retail, FMCG/consumer goods or be making your 1st move from a chartered firm.

You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success.

You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
