- Trade or technical qualification with mechanical or electrical background required. 5 years minimum industry relevant Operational Technology experience.
- Experience with the installation and management of mining OT systems, including HPGPS, Fleet Management, Collision Avoidance, Payload Management or Fatigue Monitoring.
- Relevant experience will also be accepted in lieu of qualifications (i.e. demonstrates 10+ years' experience)
- Strong understanding of Networking principles and OT network engineering.
- Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory across current industry technology trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
