We are currently seeking a dedicated
Practice Receptionist who provide the very important first contact with our patients, need to be compassionate and have great customer service skills, along with a high standard of administrative abilities.

You will provide an excellent service to our patients in accordance with our values and principles at PRP Diagnostic Imaging


Your responsibilities will include:
- reception and general administration duties including; bookings, point of contact at the clinic, complete all billing and invoicing for our patients;
- working within a contact centre at Tuggerah;
- available to work across our six central coast practices;
- managing data entry, appointments and patient enquiries;
- liaising with referring doctors;
- operating our booking system;
- performing other duties as required by management


Essential Criteria:


  • Previous experience in medical imaging or a related medial receptionist role would be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion and empathy;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and nonmedical personnel verbally and in writing;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism;
  • The ability to prioritise and multi task in a busy environment;
  • Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks;
  • Team player and be able to work autonomously;
  • Ambition to learn and be continually challenged.
