Working closely with the business to achieve goals through people processes and initiatives.

Purpose of the Position


Working closely with the CPO, the incumbent will be a skilled generalist who will partner with the Australian offices to provide the full remit of human resources support for all people processes and initiatives.

We are looking for a genuine and enthusiastic team member who will be part of a great team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the People & Culture team on all people related matters.
  • Provide effective assistance in the execution of all cyclical activities, like performance reviews, learning plans etc.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees, managers, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination of services.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment and onboarding process for Australia and oversee our overseas offices for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate new starter's firstday welcome and office orientation.
  • Ownership of Perkbox employee reward and recognition promotion and reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining both physical and digital employee records, including employment contracts and other relevant documentation.
  • Update and manage internal databases, including HRMS, with comprehensive employee information.
  • Support the WHS&W framework and strategies, alongside CPO.
  • Assist with creation and improvement of processes for efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations on P&Crelated metrics to provide valuable insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Stay abreast of employee relations and legislative changes and how they affect the company.
  • Other ad hoc activities and projects as required.

Selection criteria


Essential:

  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience a P&C (HR) Advisor or similar
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
  • Values and respects diversity
  • Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds
  • Proficiency in problemsolving and decisionmaking

Desired:
Ability to work under pressure
