Description
We have multiple opportunities for professional, customer focused individuals as a Valet Parking Attendant in Mascot.

As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Manage parking facilities at client locations.
Park customer vehicles safely and securely.
Provide exceptional customer service and address issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of parking areas.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and report on car park performance.

Profile
As a Valet Parking Attendant, you'll be interacting with customers regularly. Therefore, effective communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, you must have;

Previous experience in a customer service role delivering excellent service
Previous facetoface customer service
A full and valid NSW licence
The ability to be flexible and available to work on weekends.
Professional personal presentation.

- computer literacy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Desire to learn and grow within the company
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident need only apply
