This organization is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their well established Marketing Team.

This role will be a major player in understanding the unique motivations that the company needs to retain acquired members and new members moving forward.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will implement marketing programs that optimise the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.


A day in the life?:


  • Writing content for the website, marketing collateral, newsletters etc.
  • Build out the marketing plan, and roll out the subsequent marketing calendar.
  • Actively engage key internal stakeholders with proactive internal communication campaigns to create advocates and amplify campaign activity.
  • Advise the broader sales teams on how to leverage the marketing.
  • Manage the respective marketing budget to ensure effectiveness of activity and ROI.
  • Ensure best practice is applied and all relevant policies and applicable laws/regulations are adhered to so that all marketing is compliant.

What you'll bring?
years' Marketing experience across for ideally an SME business within financial services or professional services.

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proficiency in digital in particular with salesforce CRM (or similar platform)
  • Strong Influencing and negotiation skills at senior executive levels.
  • Ability to think outside the box
