About the role
Working closely with the Home Managers and the General Manager, you will ensure that the Homes embody a strong diversity of culture
that advances the frontiers of aged living, through innovation and integration of clinical practice with lifestyle pursuits, hospitality and design.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position, that is integral in developing community relationships with our key stakeholders.THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED AT ONE OF OUR HOMES WITHIN THE NORTH WEST REGION (COLAC, BENDIGO, BALLARAT OR SUNBURY)
Your main duties will include:
Management and Coordination of administrative and pricing/contracting requirements, and team for the Home
Work in consultation with Marketing to promote Calvary services to ensure occupancy levels are maximised and sales opportunities are realised
Seek competitor analysis and remain aware of industry changes that may impact occupancy and resident selection
Assistance provided to management and clinical teams regarding suitable resident selection
Support residents in promoting a strong sense of community on Home
About you
Positive customer focused attitude with an excellent understanding of the customer journey
Sound organisational skills with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Previous experience and understanding of placement of aged care consumers including facility, retirement Home/ independent living settings
Specialised competencies in customer service, the co-ordination of a range of complex services and building effective customer relationships
Demonstrated sales experience
Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
Demonstrated financial acumen
A high level of verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
