The Opportunity
We are seeking for **Production Operators

  • Anti Venom** (multiple positions available) to join our dynamic team in our Anti Venom Manufacturing department based in Parkville (Australia). These roles are fulltime fixed term position and the focus of the role is to participate in the production of Anti Venoms in accordance with process specifications, GMP and QMS Standards.
You will be working normal day (Monday -Friday) varying from morning to afternoon shift. There could be overtime, public holiday and occasional weekend work so flexibility is required across the team.

These roles are fixed term role until 31 December 2025


The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment preparation used in Anti Venom processes, which include bottles, portable and fixed tanks, fittings and filters
  • Cleaning equipment using automated and manual washing processes which also includes facility cleaning
  • Integrity testing of bottles and filters
  • Sterilisation of equipment using autoclaves Formulate solutions and AntiVenom products, which involve aseptic processing techniques using filters and performing sterile filtration and sampling activities
  • Perform venom doses preparation and manufacture bulk Antivenom concentrates
  • Accurate documentation annotation using Batch Process Sheets and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Performing calculations, verifying critical process parameters and coordinating activities for Antivenom formulation
  • Submit test samples to Quality Control (QC) in accordance to QC protocols

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in science/engineering or related discipline highly regarded (minimum of VCE qualifications)
  • Experience in a Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing environment aseptic exposure highly desirable (Grade A and Grade B qualification)
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and work collaboratively as a team player
  • Working in a high pace and highpressure environment
  • Agile working mindset
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and Quality Management Systems
  • Legible hand writing is essential for real time documentation clarity and completion
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail with mínimal errors
  • Strong problemsolving skills, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • MS Office skills required and SAP inventory and MODA knowledge well regarded
