About the role

As a Retail Sales and Design member you will be part of a dedicated team and will be the first point of contact for our customers.

In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution.

As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco's products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

Key responsibilities

Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
General housekeeping activities
Adherence to Stratco safety procedures and other policies

About you

Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Previous experience within a retail and/or the building industry
Estimating and design skills will be highly regarded
Highly organised in a fast paced environment with an eye for detail
Strong administration and data entry skills
Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs
Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
Possess a genuine desire to further develop a leadership career

This is a permanent full time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate weekends.
