Job Description:

A new role, this is an opportunity for a senior leader, who excels at relationships and getting things done.

The role is responsible for defining and executing the commercial and sales systems product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring the ongoing success of the products that enable our sales organization to succeed.


This is a senior product role, that will own the strategy and execution primarily focused on a suite of internal systems and products that enable our sales team.

It's a high profile role and collaboration with our key stakeholders who are operating at the executive level in our business is core.

The role is also a new one, that will give a senior leader the opportunity to create a new space and small team to drive results in the product space.


An understanding of end user (our internal teams) needs and combining that with a knowledge of technology and business constraints to shape and evolve the product roadmap are key.

This is not a role that focuses on the ad experience for our consumer audience - it's all about the products for our teams internally.


Day to day you will:


  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that is focused on delivering products that enable our sales and commercial teams to deliver.
  • Conduct research and gather customer feedback to inform product development. Customer in this case is primarily our commercial teams.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve the experience for users, and drive growth.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to manage the prioritization of features, communication about what's next, and understand their business needs as well as they do.
  • Be the expert for our products, including the value proposition, key features, the business goals, KPIs and user journeys we need to contemplate to deliver with speed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. engineering, design, sales, ad operations) to bring product to market and ensure sales revenues are met.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market opportunity, customer demand and business goals
  • Drive product launches, and analyze product performance, provide insights and recommendations for future product direction
  • Manage product lifecycle, from development to endoflife

Essential skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A solid and proven track record of product management experience
  • Strong understanding of technology, design and product development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
