Description
You will join the Identity and Cyber Security department within the wider Technology division. The department is focused on preparing for, protecting against and responding to Cyber Security events.

A major initiative of Identity and Access Management is the internal workforce User Access Management Transformation.

This transformation will give staff the access they need to do their job from day one, remove complicated passwords to remember, and leverage advanced biometrics, user behaviour analytics, and machine learning to drive quicker, more informed and risk-aware user access decisions.


Responsibilities for this role:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
  • Developing an indepth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
  • Understanding formal escalation and review processes
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
  • Working with team members who have project issues.

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, timemanagement and ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and attentive
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
