The Coordinator - Fertiliser, will coordinate the day to day operational activities across the fertiliser site including logistics, receivals, quality, resource and equipment allocation.

Key responsibilities- Maintain the site in order to receive, maintain and outload fertiliser.- Operation of front end loader- Plan, schedule and execute plant loading activities in consultation with other site staff- Maintain a safe work area at all times- Raise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairs- Ensure transporters are aware of operating procedures- Ensure appropriate safety procedures / standards are adhered to for all site functions- Provide an interface between the CBH Group, growers and the fertiliser business- Assist with internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasks- Ensure appropriate equipment and tools are available and maintained in a serviceable and calibrated condition

Skills and experience- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role- Front End Loader and Forklift ticket- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including import and shipping- Ability to supervise and coach staff- Exhibit a strong dedication to prioritising safety- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Competent in the operation of the Microsoft suite of products- Goods receivable/stocktake experience
