About the roleReporting to the Team Leader AR Customer Service, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a high standard of customer service engagement identifying customers' needs
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, supported by monitoring of performance dashboards and workload
- Maintain compliance, accuracy and confidentiality of records associated with customer account details
- Develop and foster constructive and effective working relationships within Financial Transaction Services Team and across the wider AV
- Undertake general administrative duties and other tasks
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Proven customer service skills with an ability meet performance call handling targets
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage professionally with internal and external customers
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite competence level including Word and Excel
