A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a
Project Superintendent to join our Pilbara team.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and monitor compliance with short range program (SRP) and medium range program (MRP) in line with main contract program.
- Ensure the successful delivery of assigned project.
- Ensure effective utilisation and management of plant and equipment resources.
- Liaise with client representatives over site based issues, working towards time efficient resolutions.
- Manage site based activities involving direct labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure all safety, quality and time requirements are met.
- Liaise with client representatives over site based issues, working towards time efficient resolutions.
- Coordinate Engineers to ensure compliance with current revision of; specifications, schedules & drawings to relevant parties and ensures obsolete copies are withdrawn.
- Coordinate and review subcontractor works, subcontractor packs and HSEQ compliance including JHA's and SWMS's.
- Regularly liaise with Supervisors to ensure compliance to specifications, Safety, quality and efficiency.
- Implement, monitor and enforce use of all UON systems, processes and procedures (e.g., CMO, Site Diary, DAMS)
- Implementation of Project quality systems ensuring quality of works and documentation is being undertaken.
To be successful in this role:
- Trade qualification and/or experience in building and construction related discipline as required.
- Preferably a minimum 10 years Supervisory experience.
- Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills.
- Strong proven qualities of leadership, integrity, loyalty and performance management.
- Proven performance on successful projects with an exemplary safety track record.
