About the role
Based in Brisbane CBD and reporting to the Managing Director, the purpose of the Personal Assistant is to provide accurate and timely support which will include but not be limited to
- Diary and calendar management
- Meeting management including scheduling, room booking, set up and pack up
- Sending written communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing travel bookings
- Document management
Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous experience working as a PA or EA ideally gained within property or construction (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office and Google Drive essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of drive and autonomy
