The role of Transition Support Specialist is focused on Transition Activities for our existing Customers by providing excellent service, outcomes, and solutions to across a variety of channels including Business Bank, Corporate, Property and Specialist teams.

As a Transition Support Specialist you'll play a key role in transition activities as we begin our transition of our clients to CBA.

The fluid nature of our transition program requires you to be flexible and work together to deliver outcomes.

In return you will have the excellent opportunity to rotate through different parts of the program and have valuable exposure to a range of portfolios across our different segments of Business Banking.


More specifically in this role, you'll:

  • Partner with key business stakeholders including Relationship Managers to support with customer transition activity
  • Support customer onboarding, transactional banking, credit input, deal preparation and quality assurance
  • Provide support to our customers, bankers, relationship managers and brokers across our Business Banking segments.

  • A strong understanding of AML/KYC
