Company:

Our client is an established construction company with a very recognisable name in the Brisbane construction scene.

They've always been associated with job security and opportunity and often see people staying for the majority of their career.


They have a history of delivering projects up to and well beyond $60m however they will admit that they really enjoy projects around this level.

This project requires a Structures Foreman with the experience to run early works, shotcrete and anchors and then drive the structure up and get the satisfaction of completing this project from establishment through to completion and handover.


You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Project Manager and Site Manager that has delivered a number of similar projects.


Role:

The Structures Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility:

  • Management of trades and subcontractors on site
  • Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
  • Implementation of OH&S policies
  • Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
  • Liaison with a team of Site Foreman to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program
  • Short term programming

Person:

***- A stable career history within the construction industry

  • Structures experience is essential
  • Project experience over $30m
  • Structural Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
  • The ability to work to and meet deadlines
  • Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
  • Supervisors licence
